CULINA ITALIAN is located in the heart of the historic Oregon District in Dayton, OH. Opening in November of 2011, Roost showcases a menu influenced by regional cuisine throughout Italy with a modern approach. Chef Downs loves utilizing local ingredients mixed with traditional and non traditional techniques.
